I was born in northern Minnesota on White Earth Nation and was raised by a single mother. My school age years were rough, but I found my path when I went to Macalester College in Saint Paul, MN. My involvement in the student government sparked an interest in organizing and bringing people together that has directed me ever since.
I started off my career working in Technology at Target while simultaneously serving as the Managing Director of the non-profit Girls in Tech. Wanting to continue my education and open doors to increase the impact I could have on the community, I obtained my MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
I am now back in the Twin Cities and actively finding ways to engage and give back.
